Online Portal System:
  • Parents/students register online (by text or via link on parent letter)
  • Parents/students input contacts into the online portal
  • Great Western automatically sends out reminders to contacts via text or email to order product
  • Each student’s contacts will be saved in the portal system for any future fundraisers (no need to reenter)
  • By ordering online: customers will be able to order gift items & bargain corner items to be shipped to home
What You Do:
     1. Video Kickoff      
     2. Make copies of all student order forms and scan student order forms to:  [email protected]
     3. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery after Great Western Reserve receives the order forms.
     4. Check the orders when handing out the product

Under 250 total items will incur a $250 minimum surcharge
